About FACTS

Join over 2,500 FACTS Qualified Advisers throughout the UK and help to maintain a standard of excellence in farm management and advice.

Since 1993 FACTS has been the body responsible for setting standards, training and accrediting the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) of those providing nutrient management advice. Learn about upcoming events, training courses and the benefits of joining this scheme below.

Over time, FACTS has gained credibility within the industry as well as with other bodies such as farm assurance schemes, government regulators and environmental bodies.

There are currently over 2500 active FACTS Qualified Advisers (FQAs) throughout the UK. Although a voluntary scheme, the growth of FACTS membership reflects how the agricultural industry recognises the importance and benefit of qualified advice to promote farming systems that optimise crop nutrition and protect the quality of soil, water, air and farm biodiversity.

Today, FQAs form a strong network across the UK, reflecting the industry’s commitment to continually improving nutrient resource management on farm.

Information regarding FACTS courses, plus details of training providers and current exam dates can be found within this area of the site. Alternatively if you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us using the form to the right.
