Chief Operating Officer
BASIS is looking for an experienced COO to oversee its operations and procedures and be responsible for the business’ overall efficiency. As a key member of the senior management team, the successful candidate will help maintain the charity’s function whilst working with the Chief Executive Officer to develop and implement its growth strategy.
In addition to leading and managing the Exams and Training, Logistics and Professional Registers and Accounts departments, they will help manage relationships with partners and stakeholders, and represent BASIS at industry and government meetings.
They will also collaborate with the Technical Manager, Data Manager and Marketing Executive in implementing programmes to improve communication with and services for members, and be responsible for managing the running, daily operations and maintenance of the BASIS office in Ashbourne.
